Post Graduate Certificate Programs
Certificate programs are designed primarily to supplement the education and expertise of acupuncturists not formally trained in Chinese herbs, Japanese style acupuncture, or sports medicine acupuncture but interested in offering a wider array of treatment options to their patients.
Sports Medicine Acupuncture® Certification (SMAC)
Chinese Herbal Medicine Certification (CHM)
Japanese Acupuncture Styles Certification (JAS)
Applications for the CHM and JAS certificate programs are processed through the admissions department. NESA graduates are automatically accepted into either program and only need to register. Those who have taken Introduction to Chinese Herbal Medicine or Introduction to Japanese Acupuncture Styles are automatically exempted from retaking these courses.
